5bnw will never request your password via email, SMS, or live chat. Any communication purportedly from 5bnw requesting your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to our support team immediately.
5bnw shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials, provided that such loss does not result from a security failure on 5bnw's part. In jurisdictions that do not permit the limitation or exclusion of certain warranties or liability, 5bnw's liability shall be limited to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.
5bnw reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate your account and refuse service at any time, including without prior notice, in the following circumstances:
In the event of account termination for breach of this Agreement, any balance held in your 5bnw wallet — including bonus balance and any winnings derived from prohibited conduct — may be forfeited at 5bnw's discretion. Legitimate real-money balance (i.e., funds deposited by you and not derived from prohibited conduct) will generally be returned to your verified payment method, subject to the completion of any outstanding verification requirements.
You may close your 5bnw account at any time by contacting support. Upon account closure, any remaining real-money balance will be returned to your verified payment method after all applicable checks are completed.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, you agree that it shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Republic of the Philippines. You hereby irrevocably submit to such jurisdiction and waive any objection to the venue of such proceedings.
